Control Of Plants Act (Farm License)

Under the Control of Plants Act (Chapter 57A) and the Control of Plants Act (Cultivation of Plants) (Licensing and Certification) Rules, a COPA Farm Licence is mandatory for operating a farm. The Director-General must issue a valid licence for any person to legally keep or maintain a farm.
